Everyone's favourite time of the year. A cliche I know but so true. I love it. The smell of Pine, red and green decorations Santa 🎅 and his elves.
So I'm old school and proud. Turkey, roasties and sprouts. Gravy made from cooking juices boiled carrots, the lot. No time have I for trendy mashed sweet potatoes flavoured with god knows what, microwaved to death and fit only for the bin. Paaah and Bah Humbug to that tosh.
You need a few pots and pans two backing trays, an oven with a Stove and most importantly love. Without which it's all just a waste of everyone's time.
Fancy gifts for kids and Mum and Dad with Christmas jumpers, that's the ticket dear boy...
Oh yes one more thing... Peace for Christmas and new year.
Don't want Chestnuts on my open fire ta, I like my nuts unroasted and in my undies thank you very much. Too much heat reduces fertility but given the over population of planet Earth that might be a good thing.
